Garvan Woodland Gardens
The University of Arkansas garden on Lake Hamilton requires a caterer licensed by the State of Arkansas with a certificate of liability insurance. Its Magnolia Room seats 80 and has a small kitchen with an outside entrance for vendors. Receptions there end at 8 PM.
Lake Hamilton rental venues
Pine Hill Estates, a lakefront compound on Lake Hamilton, is listed as space only: you bring your own caterer and vendors. Ask any lake house owner for their vendor and insurance rules in writing.
The Arlington and the Convention Center
Wedding listings for The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa show outside catering as not permitted. The Convention Center uses Turf Catering Company exclusively.
For a wedding dinner, our menu lists Beef Brisket ($16.99) and Pork Tenderloin and Bourbon Sauce ($16.99), with Banana Pudding ($3.50) for dessert. Our holiday menu prices each dinner at $18.95 per person, with a 10-person minimum. Choose Holiday Ham, Beef Brisket, Smoked Turkey, or Pork Tenderloin. Each dinner comes with one holiday vegetable, one holiday side, and your choice of bread. The ham, brisket, and pork tenderloin add a salad, and the turkey adds dressing, gravy, and cranberry sauce. The choices include Traditional Cornbread Dressing, Sweet Potato Casserole, and Mac & Cheese, and an extra side is $3.00 per person.
