Rx Catering NWA cooks and delivers holiday meals from its own kitchen on West Township Street in Fayetteville. Jay Ramsey founded Rx Catering in 2001, and the team brings 75 years of combined experience to every order. AY Magazine named Rx Catering "Best Caterer" in 2024.
The kitchen is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. That Saturday shift helps in December, when office parties, family dinners, and open houses often land on a weekend. You can order online at rxcatering.net or call (479) 502-9879.

The 2026 holiday dinner menu: $18.95 per person
Each holiday dinner is a package priced per person, with a 10-person minimum. You pick the meat, then one holiday vegetable, one holiday side, a bread, and a salad.

The math is simple because the price is per person. A family of 12 ordering the Smoked Turkey dinner comes to $227.40 for the food. Adding Sweet Potato Casserole as an extra side for all 12 adds $36.00. Hot catered meals come with plates, napkins, cutlery, and serving utensils, so there's nothing to wash afterward.
For dessert, the holiday menu offers Brownie Bites and Mini Cheesecake Bites at $24.99 a dozen. Banana Pudding and Peach Cobbler are $3.50 each on the regular menu, and the Gourmet Cookie Tray comes in three sizes, from $29.99. Sweet tea, raspberry tea, and lemonade are $11.00 a gallon, and unsweet tea is $10.00.
We used Rx Catering for our wedding reception in Bentonville, and I am still dreaming about the Brisket. Feeding 150+ guests can be a nightmare, but they made it affordable and seamless. The guests kept asking who did the catering, especially for that Banana Pudding!
