A hospital break room is never full at noon on the dot. Nurses, techs, and residents come off the floor in waves, and a lunch that waits too long stops being lunch.

So tell us two times when you order: when the food should arrive, and how long it will be out. Box lunches suit staggered breaks best, because each one is already portioned and nobody waits on a serving line. Hot entrées suit a set start time, such as a lunch-and-learn in a conference room.

Our Fayetteville kitchen keeps hours of 6:30 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday and 7 AM to 3 PM on Saturday. We are closed Sunday. Breakfast is on the menu too, for a night shift handing over in the morning.

Dietary Counts for Clinic and Hospital Teams

Gluten-free hot entrées are marked GF on our menu. Baked Tilapia and Pot Roast are both gluten-free. Veggie Lasagna, Bean Enchiladas, and Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms cover vegetarian staff at $13.99 each.

Vegan, paleo, organic, kosher, and halal menus are on rxcatering.net, and every dish there can be ordered. We can also source organic ingredients on request.

Send the counts with your order, 24 hours ahead: how many regular plates, how many vegetarian, and how many gluten-free. That is the moment to mention allergies, too.

Something Other Than Pizza

Staff notice when the same pizza boxes show up every week. Rotate Chicken Parmesan, BBQ Pork, a Hamburger Bar, and Tuscan Grilled Chicken over Pesto Rice. That is four different weeks of hot lunch.

Lighter weeks work as well. The Chicken Fajita Salad is $11.49, and the Soup & Sandwich combo is $13.49. Cobbler and Banana Pudding are small add-ons at $3.50 per person.

Office lunches leave our kitchen in insulated carriers and arrive ready to serve. Larger events get chafing dishes set up on site.
