Topgolf Rogers
Premier entertainment destination featuring climate-controlled hitting bays, music, and an extensive food and drink menu. Great for groups.
Pinnacle Hills Promenade
Open-air lifestyle center with over 100 shops and restaurants. The region's destination for upscale shopping and walking.
Shopping Guide: The Promenade & Beyond
The Pinnacle Hills Promenade is an open-air lifestyle center that serves as the retail engine of the district. It feels less like a mall and more like a downtown street.
Luxury & Fashion
Anchors like Dillard's and Sephora are joined by premium brands such as Lululemon, Kendra Scott, and Pottery Barn. It is the premier fashion destination in Northwest Arkansas.
Specialty Stores
Explore specialized shops like Lewis & Clark Outfitters for outdoor gear, or visit the Apple Store for tech needs. The layout encourages window shopping, with fountains and fire pits scattered throughout.
Entertainment: Not Just Concerts
While the AMP gets the headlines, the district has diverse fun.
Topgolf: More than a driving range. It's a three-story party venue with high-tech
gaming, perfect for non-golfers.
Dave & Buster's: Massive arcade and sports bar viewing area. Great for families or
rainy days.
Malco Rogers Towne Cinema: A luxury movie theater with reclining seats and a full
bar/grill menu. The "VIP" experience is worth the upgrade.
Upscale Dining
Pinnacle Hills is known for its steakhouses and fine dining options.
Ruth's Chris Steak House
Legendary steakhouse serving USDA Prime steaks sizzling at 500 degrees. The go-to spot for business dinners and celebrations in Rogers.
Theo's Rogers
The Rogers location of the Fayetteville favorite. Upscale Mediterranean coastal cuisine with a beautiful patio and lounge atmosphere.
Fish City Grill
Fresh seafood and oyster bar with a lively atmosphere. Known for their oyster nachos and daily chalkboard specials.
Oak Steakhouse
A modern take on the classic American steakhouse, offering farm-fresh dishes and a robust wine list in a stunning setting.
From Pasture to Powerhouse
Twenty years ago, the area now known as Pinnacle Hills was largely open fields along I-49. Its rapid transformation into a billion-dollar district mirrors the explosive growth of Northwest Arkansas itself. Situated strategically between the vendor community of Bentonville and the residential hubs of Rogers and Fayetteville, it was perfectly positioned to become the region's "Uptown." Today, it is a dense, walkable urban environment characterized by glass office towers, luxury apartments, and high-end amenities.
Where to Stay: Luxury Lodging
Pinnacle Hills offers the highest concentration of premium hotels in the region.
Embassy Suites NWA
The largest hotel in the area, attached to the Rogers Convention Center. Famous for its massive atrium, made-to-order breakfast, and on-site Spa Botanica.
Hunt Tower
While primarily office space, the surrounding developments feature boutique stay options. The tower itself is the tallest building in NWA and a visual anchor for the district.
Aloft Rogers-Bentonville
A trendy, tech-forward hotel with a vibrant bar scene (W XYZ Bar), pool table, and regular live acoustic sets. Popular with younger business travelers.
Visitor Tips & Logistics
Parking: Unlike downtown areas, Pinnacle Hills was built for cars. The Promenade
has massive lots. The AMP offers paid parking (or free satellite lots with shuttles).
Traffic: Traffic on W Pauline Whitaker Pkwy and S J.B. Hunt Dr can be heavy
during rush hour (4:30-6:00 PM) and before AMP concerts.
Walkability: The Promenade is very walkable. The rest of the district has
sidewalks, but distances between venues can be deceptively long. Uber/Lyft is recommended for
bar hopping.
Best Time to Visit: Concert nights (summer/fall) bring the most energy. Winter
offers great holiday shopping and lights at the Promenade.
Nightlife After Hours
Unlike downtown Rogers or Bentonville, Pinnacle Hills has a robust bar and lounge scene centered around the Promenade restaurants. Theo's lounge stays busy late, and Flyway Brewing (nearby) is a local favorite. On concert nights, the W XYZ Bar at Aloft becomes the unofficial after-party spot for the corporate crowd.
