Where we cater weddings and events in Eureka Springs, AR
Several Eureka Springs ceremony sites have no catering of their own, so we plan the food around the reception site's rules. The Eureka Springs Chamber of Commerce calls the town "one of the top elopement destinations in the region." It also says a small ceremony can come together "often with just a few days' notice." Our kitchen asks for 24 hours' notice, so a short-notice elopement can still have food.
Thorncrown Chapel seats up to 100 guests, and its policy allows no food or drink on the property except water in a closed container. Couples who marry there hold the meal at a separate reception site, and that's where we deliver. Its elopement package covers up to four guests, Monday through Thursday. Blue Spring Heritage Center on County Road 210 holds ceremonies for up to 500 guests on its Spring Terrace and rents several sites for receptions. It has no catering on the grounds, and its contract says your caterer must be on its approved list or approved by its office first. Ask the office about Rx Catering NWA when you reserve your site.
Eureka Springs Community Center at 44 Kingshighway rents the 2,484-square-foot Highlander Room with its patio, a Community Room, a Conference Room, and an 8,000-square-foot gym. A serving kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator sits next to the Highlander Room and the Conference Room.

We used Rx Catering for our wedding reception in Bentonville, and I am still dreaming about the Brisket. Feeding 150+ guests can be a nightmare, but they made it affordable and seamless. The guests kept asking who did the catering, especially for that Banana Pudding!
